Which website has the cheapest airplane tickets?

Planning on traveling in november, so I'm looking around for prices now. :)

http://www.ryanair.com has some specials for November only 1 penny with taxes and fees included.  I believe that's the website with the cheapest airplane tickets -- just as you asked.
