Honestly?  I like Yahoo! Travel.  

Yahoo! Travel isn't actually it's own service, it uses some of the best services out there like Expedia and Orbitz.  They have a special agreement with these services because they bring so much business to them.  The great thing about using Yahoo! travel instead of the others is that it's your one-stop-shop for everything you need.  I've booked a Cruise on Yahoo! Travel one time, including airfare, bus from the airport,  and even a short day-rate at the airport Hilton in Miami because my layover was longer than 6 hours (perfect length for a nap!).

Plus, my entire trip was insured through Yahoo! Travel.  If I had to cancel at any time for any reason, I would be refunded the entire cost (minus the insurance fee).  

I trust Yahoo! Travel.  I've been using it since for over 10 years now and have never had a problem.  In fact one time I was working on the network of a small business owner after having just made flight arrangements through Yahoo! Travel to go see this cute little ex-cheerleader "friend" of mine in Arkansas when the woman who owned the small business asked me out.  I called Yahoo! Travel back (only an hour after making my reservation) and explained the situation.  They refunded my purchase completely without taking the insurance fee!  

That type of service is priceless.
