Which website offers free domain names: no charge at all?

Help! I know free website creators,. for example: myeweb. But when you create your website, you have to include "myeweb", for instance in it, like: Quishi.myeweb.net. I want without the hoster's name in my url. I want something like : quishi.com, absolutely free. Can you tell me which web hoster does it for free?
