  2. Yeah, or Vimeo, but you'll want show notes.  You could use blogspot for show notes and links and such.

    Alot of people doing a regular audio or video podcast set up a wordpress web site. Then people like me can use an RSS feed and automagically download the new content.  I have mine set up to grab stuff in the morning before i get up.
