Which websites can Canadians use to bet on the Belmont Stakes?

I've tried a few sites now and I've been unable to place bets. I presume that this is due to the websites being American.

For Americans, Bodog is the place to bet and right now they are giving new accounts who bet the Belmont a free 100 bucks if you use a certain 'bonus code'.

I've used this site for years, and the payouts are good.  You can bet on 95% of the thoroughbred races in North America every day (There are a couple of tracks they don't use).

You may have trouble using a Credit Card to provide them with cash, but they also accept e-check, and if you are with one of Canada's big 5 banks, this isn't an issue.
