Which wheels would you recommend? Williams Cycling Wheel System 50, or Reynolds Assault?

Both are carbon wheels that weigh virtually the same (~1560grams).

They are both approximately the same price, but I know Williams wheels tend to be under priced. Does that imply they are better than the Reynolds, at the same price?

FYI, I weigh 180lbs, and ride aggressively on moderately hilly terrain for 20-45 mile rides.
