The Sea breeze coffeehouse at the Dai-Iche.There they recreated Hainan style coconut-flavored chicken rice but to Singaporean taste. The rice is perfumed with lemon grass not used in Hainan, and the chilly sauce is thick and rich, soured with lime, the way you will surely like=)

There are a few places. The one at Mandarin is too pricey and over rated. Anyway, the original chef has left the hotel. I can't tell you this because then I'd have to wait like crazy to eat it. Selfish? Just protecting my taste buds! LOL
