Which will get u into better shape?

im looking at either boxing or pro wrestling which will get me into better shape strength speed and endurance wise

  1. With boxing u can get a good workout on your own while wrestling you're gonna need a good partner in order to get a decent workout. with boxing you can pound the bag and do plenty of foot work... it'll raise your heart rate fast and keep it there as long as u like. It's great for your cardiovascular fitness and you would absolutlely get stronger.
