  1. i like to do push ups and make sure you do a sets but it is a chest work out


  2. It really doesn't make a difference you just need to make sure you are eating enough protein, and other nutrients, to rebuild the muscle (to make it come back bigger) after you exercise.  You should really check out http://forums.jpfitness.com/ to get more advice.

  3. Pull ups with a heavy weight will give you more muscle but for that just do two sets of 10 of both push ups and pull ups. If you cant choose one or the other, just do both. What have you got to lose?   .. Also fr abs you can "plank" which is holding a push up position for a couple of minutes but on your elbows, that is really good for your abs... and to be ripped just work out a little bit of everything so you can be even.

Well, when you work out you have to focus on one muscle group at a time.  Push-ups are general a chest exercise while  pull ups are a back exercise.  As far as abs go you will have to do more sit ups.  I wouldn't just do sit ups all the time thought because there are various muscle groups in your stomach.  Pick up a copy of Muscle & Fitness or other fitness magazines to find out ways to get ripped.  It also takes a good diet.
