Which wire on a light goes to the light wire on a ceiling fan?

my light wire on my fan is blue just dont remember if it goes to black or white white wire

usually the black is the light and the fan is the blue. if you remove the light kit from your fan you can see what color wire is going to it

Oh geez.  Judging from your question I feel I should suggest either a good electrician or good mortician

Tim, wiring on a ceiling fan is tricky. Use a current meter. The ground wire is sometimes used as a negative and the back and white wires are used as positives for fan and light. Also the elec. box is charged. Be careful and do a thorough investigation.
