Which wireless network?

i have verizon right now, but every single month they put the bill higher than what it should be, so, we blocked everything except for the calling, but it still is charging us more than they should be. we checked our plans and everything, every possible way, but it is still charging us much more. we are going to change companies after our contract is over, which company do you recommend?
