Which world cuisine do you like most and why?

My favourite is our own-Bulgarian, Italian too and Turkish, especially their sweet stuff, and Greek, as a whole The Bolkans' cuisine.

I love Itailan food! My mother in law and her mother make the most amazing meatballs and gravy ever! Thank goodness for an itailan husband!

Filipino. I'm Filipino, love my family's traditional dishes. I also love Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Hawaiian, American, Greek & Mediterranean & Many Many Many more all over the world I just can't think right now. Being that I was raised in Hawaii so I was exposed to many cuisines from around the world & like people, friends & coworkers I love their ethnic cuisine its has its own unique flavor I love them all.

Thai and Italian!! Thai food has such a great use of fresh spices and its not too overwhelming and i also love the desserts. I don't think i even need to describe Italian food! the creamy pastas, light pizzas, gelato... yummm...

They are contrasting cuisines and i enjoy both their flavors.

I love Korean cuisine the best! I eat it just about every day. I love it for the flavors and the spice factor. I guess it also has to do with me being half Korean.

I'm a Chinese Quizine person myself, especially if it is the real authentic kind made from Chinese immagrants and not just from American Chinese people.  My second choice is good ol' fashioned country cooking from America's down south.
