you dont need draino to unclog  a drain, under the sink is a u shaped pipe with twist on connections on each end. untwist the fittings. make sure you place a bucket under the  pipe to catch water. simply clean the gunk out and put the pipe back in place.

But be really careful (eye protection, etc.), as there may still be Drano in the drain.  That stuff is lye/sodium hydroxide, and it can be dangerous.

Any plumber will tell you that Drano and other similar products are nearly useless for most clogs.   Using more may cause more problems. You need to use a drain snake. You can buy one for $10 to $15 at Home Depot or Lowes.

Be careful of getting the Drano on you as it is dangerous.
