Which would be better for soccer conditioning?

Should I try to practice every day? I can do this but by the 3-4 day in a row my legs feel heavy and I feel like I've lost some of my edge... or should I play 2 days then rest then play 2 days? I'm just not sure when to rest and when to practice. I want to get super fit (right now I am only so-so fit.)

  1. The best thing to do is train three hours a day but a good hour stretching to get the blood flowing and puts less strain on your muscles in the actual training exercise.
