Which would be the average salary, in Poland?

For a 35 years old male employee, working as sales representant/sales manager, since 5-6 years in one company, having benefits such as: company car (no pays gasoline, check ups, highway), company mobile tel, credit card for business trips...

I am trying to compare my italian salary with the one i would have if i should do the same job in Poland.

  2. the benefits of being a sales rep in Poland are similar to the ones you are describing- company car, mobile phone, gas and expenses paid by company (maybe except the credit card, i am not sure) also private medical care, additional courses [education], etc.

    You will prob get a salary of 3000-4000 PLN after the trial period- certainly it depends on the company; but if you work for a large co that should be the wage.

    pls note your salary depends on lots of factors- your education, experience, responsability, etc but it is the same in every country.

    You will get a better salary if you work in a large city [Warsaw, Poznan, Gdansk, etc]
