Which would be the best type of contact lenses for me?

I'm 14, doing a lot of sport, have had glasses for 11 years, from UK,

Which would be the best type of contact senses and where would I get them, Monthly or Daily?

You do need to go and have them fitted first, and the doctor will be able to tell you which lenses are the best for you.

Either would probably work for you.  The daily replacement lenses are the healthiest option, but many like the monthly modality as well.  Talk to your eye doctor about what is best for you.
