The Bugatti would win. It has about a 40-55mph higher top speed.

And it accelerates to 60mph a full second faster.

Both cars have AWD for great traction in handling.

But the Bugatti is in another league.

Veyron in every race will kill the lambo.  the veyon does the quarter mile in 10.2  the lambo lp640 does it in 11.8.   the veyron reaches 150 mph in 9.8 secs and the lambo lp640 gets there in 16.1.

youre talking 1000 hp versus 630.. no comparison

It depends on the race and which Lamborghini your talking about.  In a quarter mile drag race a Murcielago LP640 would give the Veyron a fight but it would still be close.  Because the Veyron has better top end speed I would say the Veyron would win by a half to a full length.

The Lamborghini does 0-62 in about 3.8 seconds.

The Bugatti Veyron does 0-62 in 2.46 seconds.

The Bugatti Veyron would win due to its 1001bhp and colossal 922lbft of torque compared to the Lamborghini's 631bhp and 487lbft. The Veyron hits 60mph from standstill in 2.4s and the Murcielago hits the same speed some 0.9s later. The Veyron's huge power and acceleration would make it the faster round a track even though the Lambo probably has a better suspension set up for a race circuit
