Which would you prefer an ice cream or cold orange juice?

what is the best summer cool off drinks.any suggestions?what do you usually drink or eat to beat off the summer heat.

I prefer ice cream - orange juice isn't one of my favorites:) .... Nothing beats a cold glass of iced tea with lemon in summer, although Cranberry Juice over ice is very thirst-quenching.  I'm currently "addicted" to the new Simply Limeade drink (in the refrigerated juice bottle section).......

drink some fruit punch make some punch and add fruit to it any kind that you like its good
