Since you can use fuel to make electricity, and use electricity as a power source for transportation.

Neither! If I had to choose I would rather lose fuel cos atleast I can still watch TV, use my hair dryer and hair straightener!!! Couldn't live without them! I guess you could take the train but I hate public transport!

If you mean Fuel as in Gas then I would rather not have Fuel as I have some Reptiles as pets and need Electricity for Heat and Lighting.
