  1. Ballet. Ballet is art and art is my life.

    Ballet, as any art form, is a journey that leads to the true you inside. You can explain yourself too, by ballet. You can't explain anything by jumping around with a huge ball :P

    I can do cartwheels and ither stuff like that and also its ber dynamic...

Ashtaanga (8 parts) YOGA Paadhanjalam(Sage Padhanjali's Yoga Sutram(Yamam=routine(daily) regular habits in Aaharam(food) and Vyavahaaram(behavior)---Niyamam=Special (like seasonal ,travel,etc) habits--praanaayaamam=breathing control--Prathya kaaram=withdrwal of 5 cognitive senses which are connected by 5 media with the objects of enjoyment---aasana=physical postures--Dharana=training the mind to concentrate on one object(Ekaagram)-say a figure or symbol or name representing GOD-Dhyaanam =Closing the eyes and meditating on god through the figure,or symbol or name repeatedly several times(16,32,64,108,1001)--Samaadhi=silen... lying down and relaxing the psychic and Somatic body. All this needs to be learned from a well informed and experienced teacher(Guru)---not from a bogus,cheat,upstart!!.Simple aerobatics--acrobatic exercises in the name of Hatha Yoga or Aasanas(postures) is NOT Real Yoga Paadhanjalam!!,
