Actively, HBK.  He can make the crappiest wrestler look good, and he's fairly adaptable.  Of all time, I think Ric Flair could have a great match with anyone (in his heyday, that is).

Well Edge and the Undertaker are great at carrying there opponents. This Sunday in the HIAC match Edge kind of carried the match.
