Which wrist should I wear my magnetic bracelet on, and which direction should the magnets face?

Should the magnets face up to the top of my wrist or downwards? And which wrist is better? I dont want answers about people not liking magnetic bracelets, I am just wondering the proper way to wear one.

Magnets have no effect...  I wear two of them in my ears every day..  

Its not about not likeing maganets for me..  I think they are very cool but they have no effect on your body..

Ok..  since you've already decided to wear one, it still doesnt matter how you wear it because it still doesnt do anything special

Magnets don't help you.  They could produce the placebo effect, but they won't heal you.

Magnets are useless placebo treatments.  Since they are just a fashion accessory, wear them however you want to.

It's not a question of "not liking magnets"   I like them just fine, they are very useful in certain applications, it's just that your health isn't one of them.

Closing your mind to answers you don't want to hear is not a very mature or progressive attitude.

I think that regardless of the direction or wrist the magnet will have an effect on your electromagnetic field. I have used magnets along with acupuncture treatments and my practitioner had me carry a magnet in my pocket.
