There are whole food vitamin supplements available that supply real nutrition to your body when yoou don't have the time to get your 5 to 9 fruit and veggie servings per day. Don't fall for the grocery store vitamins; they are a waste of money!

centrum .Old people can take it , so it ok for us too.

First, Centrum is a multi vitamin and Enervon is not.  It depends on what you are looking for and why you want to take it.

Second, I would never buy Centrum as it is a synthetic vitamin through and through!  It has artifical colors, talc and other ingredients that I would never even consider ingesting.  The nutrients themselves are also synthetic and are very hard if not impossible for our bodies to process.  Your body absolutely knows the difference between synthetic and natural and you should be giving it something that it can work with!

Go to your local health food store and get a good multi vitamin from there.  There is a wide variety of choices for all people (and budgets!) so look to see what they have.

Vitamins are vitamins.   It doesn't matter if they are synthesized in a factory or in a plant..the chemical is the same.  Your body doesn't know the difference.

If you are eating a well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, you don't need to take a vitamin supplement.  That is just hype from the multi-billion dollar vitamin industry

What most people don't know, is that there are only a 1/2 dozen or so companies in the world that manufacture vitamins.  These are sold to folks like Centrum to be made into pills under their own brand name.
