Well it depends on your card preference.  Phantom Darkness has a ton of dark monsters and you can make a wicked dark deck even without the infamous Dark Armed Dragon.  Light of Destruction has 2 new strategies to work with and they are both amazing if the decks are made right.  They are all light monsters and most of which are fairies.  You have the Lightsworn monsters, which is the best strategy in the new set, then you have the Arcana Force monsters, which is a strong deck in itself if made correctly.  If you can make a Lightsworn deck based around the new Judgment Dragon then your deck would be unstoppable and a h**l of alot faster then any Dark Armed Deck and alot more vicious too.  It's the new Demise.  You can get it on the field alot easier, is stronger, and has the same effect at the cost of 1000 less lifepoints then Demise.

So based on the strategies involved I'd choose Light of Destruction because of the sole fact that you can make an awesome Judgment Dragon OTK deck.  Overall though, I'd still choose Phantom Darkness because of the rares and the dark monsters as I'm a big dark fan.  :-)

light of destuction is better for commons but if you want rares go for phntom darkness

phantom for holos, light for awesomeness, the newer boosters are usually cooler cuz they have new strategies for you to use in tournaments.
