While I was playin a game on my psp slim it froze and ive been trying to turn it off but it wont! Its frozen.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem and its on a grey screen and says please wait... and i let it sit over an hour and it still wont turn off its frozen!!! And we tryed to take the battery out but it wont come out. Help please! Anwser!!! Thanks

sorry to hear this friend.  When things do stuff like this its best to take the battery out etc, computers maybe take the power cable out.  It sounds dangerous, and I dont really like doing it, but its the only real way to turn something off if the "OFF" switch doesnt work.

My iPhone has locked up on me before and the only way to get it back was to get it home and plug it into a power source, and it beeped and came right INSTANTLY!

I think you should get the battery out.  In time the battery will wear down and it will turn itself off.  You might just lose whatever you were doing in the game that wasnt saved.  Nothing to worry about :)  Have a great day!

Push up and hold the power button for a few seconds. Then it should turn off. Hope this helps.

this happens to my ipod like very day the best thing to do is just let the battery die and recharge it sorry to here

There is probably a latch you have to pull to pop the battery out, but it does come out, i  promise. If that doesnt fix your problem then check out http://www.squidoo.com/psp-repair They can show you how to fix anything on your psp:  firmware, the LCD screen, joystick, whatever.

They will also teach you to downgrade, play non UMD movies, download games ect
