While I was running the upgrade for my 60 gig Creative Zen Vision W, it indicated that the upgrade failed. After that, my Zen, which had been working previously, was no longer recognized by my PC. When I turned it on, I got an error message "Hardware Problem."I disconnected and reconnected the battery and rebooted, with no change.
