While calling customer service for any service provider. What kind of conversation would you appreciate?

So u are calling your bank, mobile network provider etc....u have asked them a question and they are finding the answer for you.....what conversation would you like to have with this person while youre waiting for your answer.......???????

I think when you have asked some solution to your problem..while waiting for the correct info/solution, you should talk to him about your problem and ask him what the person think about this prob..why it is happening or what the chances of proper solution.

or may talk about the problems being faced by you regarding the service you are inquiring for...
