  1. You should see how the date is going first. If you do ask her at dinner, ask her towards the end so you don't seem desperate and/or overly attached.

  2. I don't see why not.  If you haven't been together very long and you don't really know how much she likes you (like if you have been on less than 3 or 4 dates) she is more inclined to say yes because you are asking in person and it makes for an awkward situation if she says no and can't think of an excuse to get out of it right away.  On the other hand if you ask her over the phone it is more likely you will see how she really feels.  she could possibly say no which is an indication that she might not like you as much as you thought.

  3. I always ask my exes / girlfriend later on in the week. It's always fun to find out that they called the next day because they're worried that they've done something bad or wondering why I haven't called or asked for another date (even though they're pretty smart not saying it directly). It boosts your confidence.

  4. i usually do. we plan to go out and eat  or go to my place and have dinner in bed within four or so days. just don;t ask at the very beginnning

  5. Yes.  She's already your girlfriend and she may have a busy week with work and other commitments.  That way she can make time for that next date.

  6. I'd wait until dessert & ask about her schedule later on in the week.  Maybe she's available on a weekend night.
