While doing long hours study and night study, how to avoid sleep and weariness?

  1. i would say , drink tea or coffee as it keeps you refreshed


  2. sleep is necessary for good mental health.  you will remember what you study better if you are well rested.

  3. Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Get up and wash your face with cold water and then start studying.

    2. Walk the talk, means walk in your study room and study.

    3. Get a glass of chilled water and take a sip every minute.

    4. During winters a hot cup of coffee/tea can also help you stay awake.

    These things would surely make you feel refreshed and will keep you awake for a long time.

  4. In fact, i have insomnia, and studying is the only thing that seriously drains me and makes me pass out. i have no cure for that. try taking breaks though see if it helps

  5. longer hour study and night  u wash ur face with cold water, and drink tea it is better,uwhen u sleep go walk and read

I agree to taking breaks, but you should also try doing morning activities.  For instance if you drink coffee in the morning  try drinking it at night to wake up.  Or if you shower when you wake up not at night, take a shower at night.  These things will trick your body into thinking that it is morning and will wake you up.

  7. take coffee & some snacks in night.and study with friends
