While doing yahoo Local Listing, it isasking to enter "City" but when I am entering New York, it is nt accept

Under City and State both I have placed New York but it is not allowing me to do so ...Kindly help...

That's odd.

It's assumed that New York, New York means Manhattan.  If you're in a specific zip code, that is within the NYC limits but not necessarily in Manhattan (such as Bronx, NY 10454) that could be the problem there.

Try "New York City", if that doesn't work try Manhattan,or whichever brough is right for your listing.
