While installing Windows I'm getting BSoD ?

Question

While installing windows, I keep getting BSoD and corruption errors on System32/Windows/System.sav , so I can't even install a new windows.

I assume I can just format my hard drive, delete everything and start new. How do I do this?

Or is there any other way to fix this? Thanks!
