While running, should one breathe plenty of oxygen or just how much the body needs?

  1. don't worry too much about breathing when u run, but u should be taking deep breaths during the run


  2. Breathe as much as you can. In the nose, out the mouth.

    You're amount will degrade as you continue, so get as much as you can.

    But make it automatic so you don't stress about it subconsciously

  3. While running, you should not focus on your breathing as much as just getting in the run. Make sure you breath through your nose and out your mouth. Just try breathing normal. Dont think about it and youll be fine.
