  1. Yea.. if you put it in water, it becomes wet.. so no matter what you started with, it becomes WET clothes. If the stain is fresh, it's best to soak it right away with detergent instead of once it dries on. Good luck!

  3. doesn't matter, I soak when ever I see the stains.

    But I soak in oxiclean.  I put detergent right on the stain before wash. If that doesn't work then I soak.

    You CAN get dried in stains out by soaking in oxiclean!

They will be wet when they are soaking, so it does not matter what you start with!  Just don't put any clothes with stains you are not sure about into a dryer.  Dryer heat sets stains so they are almost impossible to remove.  Air dry anything you are not sure about.  Wet clothes usually look like the stain is out; don't believe it until you have seen it dry.
