I am using VISTA HOME Premium and MS-OFFICE-WORD-2007. When I type certain Keys (like ~ or = ) continuosly 3 or more times, it suddenly repeats itself fast till the end of that line; and then, it cannot be deleted. Why? How to solve this problem?

  1. Microsoft Word thought you wanted to add a border to that paragraph, so it did so for you.  Here's how to get rid of it:

    1. On the Home tab of the Ribbon, click the ¶ button to display paragraph marks (¶s).

    2. Click in the paragraph above the ===== line.

    3. In the Home/Paragraph section of the Ribbon, click the Borders and Shading list box button and select Bottom Border.

    4. If this just changes the border but does not delete it, click Bottom Border again.

    That should do it.
