Question:

While walking should i..?

take long strides? or does that not matter?...any other walking (for cardio) tips? Thanks a bunch:)

  1. Really doesn't matter - just do what feels comfortable with you.  Try clenching in your stomach as you walk too as this will improve your muscle tone and posture which will lead to burning calories at a faster (not majorly but still faster) rate.

  3. walk comfortabley, dont force urself to walk a certain way

    also, its always good to increase ur speed throughout ur walk (maybe even run for 1 - 2 minutes every 5 minutes of walking)

    maybe try a new walking trail to keep things interesting
