While writing a novel,how do you put everything together with some of the notes on paper ,some on disk etc?

Bringing eveything together on MS doc ,is what I mean .The novel is all over the place

Sorry about this, but here comes the hard part.

There's nothing you can do to make it easier on yourself. You could always hire a teenager to do the typing for you and pay them really good wages. (Typing hurts the hands)

Sorry. Just make a master document, put everything together, then split the document into two so Microsoft Word dosent freeze. Good luck!

You just have to sit down and collate everything.  A pain, I know, that's why I stick to one medium, usually Word.

  Just sort everything into order, start typing.

I would suggest just retying it from what you've written.  Some times I just do that anyway, because i get new ideas and find mistakes.  

I don't really know other than that. :)
