Question

Im in the Army and trying to troubleshoot my Sisters' Dishwasher before I go back overseas in two days. The Water will not drain nor will it turn on. Power is being supplied via the Outlet. The Circut is not tripped, I checked the outlet for power and other Equipment plugged into the circut are working.
