Question

Freezer is not cold. It is approximately 20 degrees F. Food that was previously frozen is remaining frozen with the exception of the Ice cream and ice packs stored in the door. Vents and returns are not blocked. I cleaned and dusted the exterior of the fridge and the interior of the freezer and I can hear the motor running. I can also feel cold air blowing into the freezer. Any ideas on what the problem may be?
