Question:

Whirlpool Freezer Model #EV150NXENOO

We have an upright freezer. Motor still running. Lots of ice buildup on bottom half of freezer. One of the shelves was stuck in the ice. Top half started thawing out some of the food. Any ideas? I have turned the unit off to defrost ice.
