Whirlpool LTE6234DQ2 washer went completely dead.?

Question

First the dryer would not heat....on but no heat. Washer was fine. Checked the heating element which was fine then reassembled. Dryer now works perfectly however the washer filled with water then stopped. No agitation and no spin. I emtied the washer. Now it does not do anything. Switch on hood tested fine. Is there an internal fuse? Any help would be appreciated.

Where is located the fuse panel in the dryer?

i have a same model,dryer still working but washer do not run.I open the panel i found a soft belt hanging below the gear case . I  don't think that is driver belt .Please can you help me out
