My microwave will not heat, the turntable will not turn. I can select a cook time and press start and the micrwave will go thru the complete cycle, but will not heatup. What could be the prblem here. I have tested the door switch and they tested fine. Could it be the main control board. Any advice?.We are having a problem with our microwave. The turn table inside the microwave does not turn and the microwave does not heat up. It sounds like it should and runs, but no heat and no turning of turn table. We have already ordered and replaced the turn table motor, but it still does not work. Please let us know what steps to take to get the microwave working again. Thank you!
