Whistler for the Summer?

Question

Is there anything to do in Whistler during summer time??

i'll visit vancouver in a few weeks and I want to know if it is worth it to visit whislter!

Whistler can be expensive  .I hear  good things about  Rocky Mountain  Rail tours   Whistler  train    See hellobc  and tourismwhistler

whister is a great place by the way. Sure, the golf/cycling/shops and stuff yah do under the sun (kinda forget its been a while) are good, but nothing beats blackcomb and the snow!

Don't miss it. Whistler in summer tends to have good weather, drier and warmer than Vancouver, and it is a beautiful place. It is often quite cheap to rent condos and the like in the summer, and the restaurants have summer specials. Be sure to take the lift to the top of Whistler (or of Blackcomb if it is open) as the views are stunning. If you have the time, there are some really great hikes, including my favorite the rather long Musical Bumps to Russet Lake across the top of the mountains. There are several lakes with beaches for sunning and swimming, and most hotels have pools, and there is a network of bicycle trails and plenty of places to rent bikes. If it is to your taste, there are some first rate golf courses as well. And in the eveings there are clubs, movies and other entertainments. We usually spend a week there in the summer and always look forward to returning.

Whistler is good in Summer but i suggest that you go in the winter. Even though whistler is better in winter there are still many things to do in the summer. First of all there are golf courses, horseback riding, and you can hang out on one of the lakes nearby. Whistler is one of the best mountains in the world in the village there are many clubs 5 star hotels and restaurants. The best part about summer in Whistler is that the mountain transforms into a large mountain biking park bikers will do flips and other jumps as you watch while sipping you choice of drink at whatever restaurants that you choose. have a good trip

Whistler is more than just a ski resort and during the summer there is a variety of different activities that you can do.  I have included a link to a website below.  Some of the activities available during the summer are:

In addition there are street entertainers during the summer and various other events that occur.

I'd really save Whistler for the Winter cause it has the best slopes. Other than that. just nice shops and what not like any other place nothing spectacular
