I am planning to go to Whistler mountains in a couple of weeks. I wanted to get an idea as to what are the activities

that can be done there. We are a family of 4 and a toddler so cannot think of too much adventure.

can we expect some snow still there ? Is it worth to go there now ? Can we expect good scenic views ? Also, let me know about the water falls on the way.

  1. The village itself offers an adventure centre that caters to younger crowd.  I am not too sure how helpful for a toddler though.

    Mountain biking, even glacier skiing.

Taking the Gondola up the mountain, you get close to snow, wonderful scenery.

there are beaches, parks, .... all around.

prices are far far more reasonable during this time of the y ear.

  2. Whistler is a year round resort.  During the summer months, hiking, biking, golfing are the big attractions.  There should still be snow on the tops of the mountains, but the ski runs are closed until probably late January/early February.

I don't know of any noteworthy waterfalls in the area.

  3. The Adventure place the person above mentioned does happen to have some blow up slide sort of thing for smaller children, there is also mini golf! There is zip lining also for the older crowd!
