Whitby Ontario Parking By-Law?

Question

I was wondering whether or not it is illegal to park a car on the area between the driveway/sidewalk and the street (I think it's called an apron), in the township of Whitby, Ontario.

Its a residential area, and this street is a "place" (crescent-like street)
