White Bump on the edge of inside my dogs ear?

Hello everyone! So a few days ago,I noticed my Dog has this White bump on his ear(inside,on the bottom edge) It kinda looks like a Tick,But it seriously isn't big enough to be one from what I've researched and plus from examination,I can see his skin on top of it. It looks like its a pimple of some sort with White puss inside :/ Is this anything to be worried about?

it good be mange, food allergies or a yeast infection.if yeast infection give it plain yogurt.but you need to take it to a vet.good luck

It could be alot of things. The best thing to do would be to take it to a vet and see what he thinks it is.
