Question:

White Cement filling Developed Pinkish stains?

The white cement filling commonly used to filled the gaps between wall tiles is turning pinkish in color, this is especially evident on the fillings near my kitchen windows.

Someone has once told me this is due to the pollutants in our air reacting with the white cement fillings, is this true?

Can someone please advise what could be the cause?

Thanks

  1. could be pollen or red Kool-aid, my husband stained ours with Crystal light... any powder or dye will do it.

Just get one of those bleaching pens from the laundry isle- you can take if off of grout or caulk.
