White Clover (T. repens) - can white clover be planted in tropical countries like Philippines?

If they can grow in Hawaii, Florida, and Australia, maybe they can grow in Philippines too where temperature can rise to 90F for 2-3 months during the summer. Besides that, it is only moderate.
