White Plains Airport Restrictions?

Question

I noticed nearly all the planes departing and arriving at white plains airport are on the small side. Does the airport have restrictions on the size of the planes? If so, what are they, and why are they in place?

Yes the size of the runways are not big enough to accommodate the big jets. Not to mention it's not a "hot destination" and doesn't need to get those big jets in there
