Question:

White Screen on Toshiba Gigabeat F40

I got a white screen on my toshiba gigabeat as i tried to turn it on one day. The music still plays and all the buttons are functional however the screen remains. I have tried reseting the battery and gently tapping it agianst my palm but i dont know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thank you very much
