will white spray-paint work on a black shirt???

or will it be to transparent??

also will white fabric paint work on a black shirt??

white fabric paint would be the best option  also dont use white spray paint use ,white primer spraypaint

NO to spray paint.

Use fabric paint, when dry, then iron to set the paint.

I have used this before and it works.
